Lyk my daar is 'n groot leemte in my lees geskiedenis. 😛 Nooit hierop afgekom nie as 'n kind maar ek het meestal toe Afrikaans gelees. Laerskool Tweefontein het omtrent net 50 boeke gehaat en höerskool nie veel beter.

Ek het self eers as volwassene van die Narnia-boeke gelees, maar nie juis veel van hulle gehou nie.

Die outeur, C.S. Lewis, was ook ’n bekende Gristen-apologeet gewees. Sy werk in díe hinsig word nog steeds dikwels aangehaal alhoewel dit heelwat ongesofistikeerd is en net oortuigend vir diegene wat alreeds glo.
