Wonderful. Just hope it doesn’t in any way count against him.
What counts against him is that he is white, the (black) candidate after him also proclaimed himself an atheist. What I found fascinating is the questioning that followed: being an atheist wasnt enough, is he a Marxist, materialist what? They needed to label him and had difficulty to do so due to his atheism. Atheism is apparantly not a justifiable label in this country.
