last week here in Durbs this breker wakes up at night and hears burglars…he surprises them with his TV etc and shoots the one through the head…koebaai. He was left alone by the cops after taking a statement… (wtf!!) I can remember that there was some law (section 4 crimes or whatever) that allowed you to pot a burglar who runs away with your stuff, don’t know if that still applies. ???
