I just went to PechaKucha in Cape Town tonight it was very very good - different speakers on any topics and they can only speak for 6 mins 40 secs as they have 20 secs for 20 slides. Tonight’s topics were: Biomimicry, Medicinal Cannabis, MammalMAP, Whisky, Houses made from recycled material and an amazing 11 year old who’s written 2 books and more… and they stop for a beer break 
Not sure if it’s also going on in Joburg etc… Well worth a visit and anyone is welcome to speak and it’s free - Happy Days!
