Seems we dont have to go the whole screenprinting way.
There seems to be fair quality iron-on tranfers one can do these days. according to my s/o, he made up some for his gaming club, and if you look after them properly (ie, keep them away from your maid), the last fair enough, and, from what im hearing, it might last even longer if you feather the edges, since it seems the edges peel easily.
